Summary: This study aimed at identifying the level of the quality of work life in both UNRWA Department of Education and Governmental Ministry of Education , identifying the effect of work life factors on the employee engagement of the staff of these two institutions and comparing the effect of these factors on the staff of both institutions as well as making some recommendations to improve the quality of work life and job involvement in the above institutions. The study population consisted of the staff of the Department of Education in UNRWA and Governmental Ministry of Education .The study was applied to both the headmaster of the school and the assistant headmaster in the two institutions The total number of these two groups amounted to 1257 employees The researchers selected stratified random sample of 406 employees which is representing 30.96 % of the study population. The study found several results the most important of which is the existence of statistically significant relationship between the work life and the job involvement development in the institutions to which the study was applied.
