Summary: The Purpose of the Study : This study aims to identify the intermediary role of positive psychological capital variable (hope , resilience , optimism , and self - efficacy) in the direct relationship between the dimensions of quality work life and dimensions of Job Engagement (enthusiasm in work , and dedication to work , and indulge in the work) . Study Methodology : Study used descriptive analytical as a method to study in addition to the field study , and applied study on sample (560) single working public sector services in the governorate of Assiut and choice sample of society study (109762) and statistical analyses were conducted using the statistical package for the social sciences (Version 21) SPSS/PC . Several hypotheses were developed , and the use of multiple tests to validate these hypotheses , the study has used the questionnaire list as a way to get the data . The Results of the Study : The study found the following results : To recognize individuals for career quality dimensions between high , medium and low , was realizing individuals to keep Job Engagement and was aware individuals to keep positive psychological capital (hope , resilience , optimism , and self - efficacy) were above average . As well as the study found a positive relationship between the dimensions of quality work life and functional dimensions of positive psychological capital , also the study found a positive relationship between the dimensions of quality work life and functional dimensions of the Job Engagement . The study also found a positive relationship between positive psychological capital dimensions
