This study aims to identify the reality of transformational creative leadership schools in the middle stage , in Saudi Arabia . This is from the standpoint of directors and assistance from several directions ; for instance , the environment functionality , decision - making , leadership , creativity , motivation , communication and human relations. These are used to identify the availability of statistically significant differences in applying managers and assistance to the leadership of the manufacturing decision - making school in middle school . Due to the specialization and qualification curriculum , years of experience , and the number of training programs ; comes the identification mechanisms to improve the quality of the application of transformational creative leadership schools
