This research aims at evaluating of the impact of strategic behavior patterns of managers in order to maximize the return of investment on firms' intellectual capital (IC) in the food industry in Egypt . This was done through a field study of some of companies in the food industry in Egypt . Using the integrated descriptive approach as the study's theoretical framework . The objective of this study is to identify the different strategic behavior patterns of managers , areas and elements of investment in firms' IC as well as to analyze the nature of the relationship between the study's main research variables . The study uses some of the statistical methods and tools in order to test the hypotheses , to draw conclusions and to offer some suggestions . The findings indicate that there is a relationship between the managers' strategic behavior patterns and to provide a supportive work environment on maximize the return on intellectual capital in terms of (P) value as calculated in the study , which is high . The findings also show that there is a correlation between strategic behavior patterns as independent variables and return on investment on firms' IC as a dependent variable .
