Summary: This study aims to know the role of human resource development to the achievement of institutional innovation in the non - profit organizations ; from the perspective of employees , and the main problem in the study was "are human resource development in the non - profit organization's role in achieving the innovation of the founders special contribute in their ability to cope with the changes of all kinds and thus achievement of development from the perspective of employees , "and to answer the problem of the study formulate questions the study in five felids : perceptions of employees in non-profit organization of the concept of institutional innovation , and the extent of their awareness of the importance of institutional innovation of the non - profit and how to deal management with the employees to their development , the role of contributions to the innovative of employees and their role in achieving institutional innovation , and what methods of human resource development use non profit organizations And the study use the analytical descriptive method , depended on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection in addition to the secondary sources like : books , periodicals , where questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (11) non - governmental organization in the city of Amman in Jordan . The study found a number of findings including : that the employees in the non - profit organizations understand well the concept of institutional innovation , and its significance for the non - profit , and employees in the non - profit organization believe
